Surprise overnight guests

Sunflower and Uncle K spent the night at our house. It was great to have them, but not under these circumstances. Uncle K's mother is in the hospital. She had exploratory surgery and then internal bleeding. They came late last night and spent the night in the girl room. We moved Four after she had gone to bed. She did wake up at 2am and go see who was sleeping in her bed, but then went back to the boy room.

I was glad we could help them out and they didn't have to get a hotel. It was too far to drive back if they wanted to see his mom in the morning. Prayers go out to her for recovery. Hopefully she'll be back home before the end of the week. We will see. She is out of ICU. She is a sweet lady.

Kids are off to school and somehow I need to motivate N to get some projects done. Maybe it can wait until tomorrow. I think I need a nap.
