Bake Sale Crisis

Zinnia sure scared me tonight. Apparently her twins came home with a note about the bake sale being tomorrow. What? It's supposed to be next Friday. After a few phone calls and discussion, the problem was figured out. Lupcke always uses scrap paper with the kids, letting them take what they like and create their own project. JC and Appie just happened to each come home with the same scrap paper stating the bake sale is tomorrow. So glad to have figured it out. My co-chair is on vacation in FL. I felt bad calling her today. She just arrived this afternoon. False alarm, we still got it under control.

After that crisis, we created some new bracelets and necklaces for birthday projects. Cousin #6 will be 5 in a few weeks. We made her a pocket project and plan to put the bracelets and necklaces in one of the top pockets. I took pictures and will add them later. They look even better with items in the pockets. It feels good to have projects done ahead of time. They are complete so we can move on to the next project.
