Kids imaginations

Today, their imaginations impressed me. One idea led to another and they used their creativity for an entire afternoon of play. First they started out creating Peanuts characters with Lego's. Then they moved on to Halloween characters. This was followed by decorating our house with the Lego characters and then hiding them from each other. It was a Lego scavenger hunt. They had so much fun and I got so much accomplished while they were entertaining themselves. A surprise from G & G came in the mail, this included money for each child. The result: Six wanted to do chores to earn more. He was very helpful for around an hour and I rewarded him with a dollar bill. He was pleased and we continued on our merry way. What a group, what a day.
